Volunteer registration for NYD race

Greetings

This year, things are different than in the past.  Due to Covid, there will be:

No food

No alcohol

No water

No water stops

No after-the-run awards ceremony

We will have staggered starts this year, meaning that for each race, we will start no more than 15 people at a time, at 5 minute increments.  This minimizes the crowding at the start line.

We will need fewer volunteers - primarily for crowd monitoring, keeping people somewhat separated and masked, manning the porta-potties, overseeing the sanitation/handwashing stations, organizing people at the starting line, road crossing guards, and a few people stationed on the trail to direct runners at confusing spots.

Please register early, as last years' volunteers will be given priority.
